再生轻骨料取代天然骨料对混凝土抗压强度的影响分析

为了研究再生轻骨料取代天然骨料对混凝土抗压强度的影响,以再生轻粗骨料取代率和干表观密度为变化参数,设计并制作了15个标准立方体试块进行抗压强度试验。试验记录了试块的破坏过程和破坏形态,实测了试块的干表观密度和立方体抗压强度,基于最小二乘法原理,拟合分析了干表观密度与取代率、立方体抗压强度与取代率之间的关系曲线,探讨了变化参数对立方体抗压强度的影响规律。研究结果表明:再生轻骨料混凝土试块最终出现劈裂破坏;干表观密度与取代率或者立方体抗压强度与取代率线形相关洼较高;再生轻骨料混凝土立方体抗压强度随干表观密度的增加或再生轻粗骨料取代率的减小而逐渐增大。

英文摘要:

In order to study the influence nature aggregate replaced by recycled lightweight aggregate makes on compressive strength of concrete, with the change parameters of replacement rate of recycled lightweight coarse aggregate and dry appearance density, 15 standard cube test blocks were designed and produced to carry out compressive strength test.The failure process and failure mode of test blocks were recorded.Dry appearance density and cube compressive strength of test blocks were measured, based on the principle of least square method, the relation curves between dry appearance density and replacement rate, or cube compressive strength and replacement rate were all analyzed and fitted,the influence change parameters made on cube compressive strength was discussed.It is shown that splitting failure occurs in the test blocks of recycled lightweight aggregate concrete at last.The linear relations between dry appearance density and replacement rate or between cube compressive strength and replacement rate are obvious.Cube compressive strength of recycled lightweight aggregate concrete increases as dry appearance density increases or as replacement rate of recycled lightweight coarse aggregate decreases.
