我国农产品质量安全问题频发,涉及生产、加工、储存、流通、消费等多个环节。针对正在实施的农产品质量安全全过程监管,以建立一套有机的QFD/FMEA闭环管理模式为目标,对我国农产品质量安全问题诱因等作系统分析。研究分析QFD和FMEA各自优缺点基础上,提出新的融合模型应用于农产品质量安全评估和控制实践。首先,构建农产品质量安全质量屋及其质量功能展开模型,包括消费者需求识别、关联矩阵测评和参数计算等。其次,借助QFD中市场竞争性和技术竞争性评估原理,对2012-2015年我国农产品质量安全市场竞争力、技术竞争力和综合竞争力等采取动态评估分析。最后,通过农产品质量安全过程危害性分析和关键控制点识别,为政府对农产品质量安全保障的监管提供依据。
The incidents of agricultural product quality in China frequently happened,which involved in production,processing,storage,circulation,consumption and many other links.In order to solve the problem of agricultural product quality and safety supervision,a set of organic QFD/FMEA closed loop management model were needed to establish as our goal.A new integrated mode which was based on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of QFD and FMEA was proposed for applying to the quality and safety evaluation and control of agricultural products.Firstly,the model of House of Quality and Quality Function Deployment was established.It included customer requirement identification,correlation matrix evaluation and parameter design and so on.Secondly,dynamic evaluation and analysis were carried out on the market competitiveness,technology competitiveness and comprehensive competitiveness of agricultural product quality and safety in China during 2012-2015 periods with the aid of market competition and technology competition evaluation principle in QFD.Finally,the results of hazard analysis and critical control points in the process of quality safety of agricultural products were given out based on risk priority numbers.It could provide theory evidence for government to supervise and support the quality and safety of agricultural products.
