目的加强ICU危重患者中心静脉压监测与护理，观察其对治疗效果的影响。方法回顾性对杭州市第一人民医院ICU科2012年1—12月50例实施中心静脉压监测与护理的ICU危重患者的资料和2011年1～12月间50例未实施中心静脉压监测与护理的ICU危重患者的资料进行对比分析。结果实施前后患者的临床治愈率、死亡率、营养状况、治疗依从性、感染率和多器官功能障碍发生率比较具有明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论ICU危重患者加强中心静脉压监测与护理可提高临床治疗效果，降低死亡和感染及多器官功能障碍发生率，改善营养状况。

英文摘要：

Objective To strengthen the monitoring and nursing of central venous pressure for ICU critical patients and to observe their effects on curative effects. Methods The data of 50 critical patients, who were admitted to the ICU Department of Hangzhou First People＇s Hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 and received monitoring and nursing of central venous pressure, was compared with the data of 50 critical patients in ICU who were not received monitoring and nursing of central venous pressure at the same period of time. Their data were compared and analyzed retrospectively. Results The differences of patients＇ clinical cure rate, mortality rate, nutritional status, treatment compliance, infection rate and the incidence rate of MODS before and after the monitoring and nursing were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening the monitoring and nursing of central venous pressure for ICU critical patients helps enhance clinical effects, reduce mortality rate, infection rate and incidence rate of MODS, and improve nutritional status.
