地质岩心的荧光检测是初步判断钻探地层是否有油气迹象的重要手段之一;分析了含油岩心荧光产生的机理和荧光检测设备现状,设计了一种新型的岩心荧光成像系统,并给出了光学成像、电机移动控制部件和软件功能模块的实现方法;现场试验证明,该系统具有真实、客观、安全等优点,实现了宏观地质岩心荧光图像资料的永久性保存,在油田勘探开发中有较强的应用价值。
Fluorescence detection of core is one of effective approaches to identify oil or gas in drilling layers. Firstly, the principle of emission fluorescence from oily core and conventional fluorescence devices are introduced. Secondly, the design and implementation of macroscopical core fluorescence imaging system are presented, which focused on optical pathway scheme, motor shift controlling and functional modules of software. The practical experiments shows that the proposed novel imaging system has some advantages such as faithful, objective and harmless, and it can permanently preserves first-hand fluorescence images of macroscopical core in oil and gas exploitation.
