结合当前国内外介电调谐材料的研究进展,提出考虑各性能指标协调问题,从材料的配比、制备的工艺、性能的测试等因素着手,来获得性能优良的移相器用介电调谐材料。对钛酸钡(BaTi03)基材料可通过取代、复合及流延工艺等改性技术,综合提高其性能,满足实际相控阵雷达应用需求。
Based on the research progress of tunable dielectric materials in domestic and abroad, it is proposed that the composition, fabrication process and property characterization should be considered together to get useful tunable dielectrics for phase-shifter in device with high performance. For barium titanate (BaTiO3) based materials, they could be modified by substitution in perovskite, making multiphase composites and using tap-casting processes to improve their performance for practical phased array radar application.
