通过测定杨桃(Averrhoa carambola L.)果实贮藏期间的生理指标(质膜相对透性、呼吸强度、POD、PPO和PAL活性)和营养品质(维生素C、可溶性固形物、有机酸、蛋白质含量)的相关指标,分析其变化规律,研究白簕[Acanthopanan trifoliatus(L.)Merr.]叶乙醇提取物对杨桃果实采后保鲜效果的影响。结果表明,白簕叶乙醇提取物能够抑制杨桃果实的呼吸速率,使果实保持较低的代谢水平,降低果实的质膜相对透性,并有效地抑制杨桃果实POD、PPO的活性,提高PAL的活性,有利于延长贮藏期限和保持杨桃果实原有的风味和品质。
The effects of ethanol extract of Acanthopanan trifoliatus(L.) Merr. leaves on the preservation of Averrhoa carambola L. fruit during postharvest storage were discussed by detecting the physiological indexes of the Averrhoa carambola L. fruit such as relative plasma membrane permeability, respiratory intensity, activities of POD,PPO and PAL during the storage phase and the correlative indexes of the nutritional quality such as vitamin C,soluble solid,organic acid and protein content. Results showed that ethanol extract of Acanthopanan trifoliatus(L.) Merr. leaves could inhibit the respiratory rate of the Averrhoa carambola L. fruit,keep the fruits in low metabolism situation, reduce the relative plasma membrane permeability of fruits and effectively inhibit the POD and PPO activities and enhance the PAL activities,which were propitious to prolonging the storage longevity and keeping the intrinsic flavour quality of Averrhoa carambola L. fruit.
