通过高温高压电化学测试,获得不同实验温度下13Cr不锈钢的循环伏安曲线、交流阻抗谱和Mott-Schottky曲线,结合ZSIMPWIN软件和扫描电子显微镜分析,研究高温高CO2分压环境下,温度对13Cr不锈钢腐蚀电化学行为的影响.在高温高CO2分压环境下,随温度升高,13Cr不锈钢发生腐蚀的倾向增加,表面钝化膜稳定性下降,点蚀敏感度增加.
This article is focused on the effect of temperature on the corrosion electrochemical behavior of 13 Cr martensitic stainless steel under a high temperature and high CO2 partial pressure environment. Cyclic polarization( CP) measurements,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy( EIS),Mott- Schottky plot measurements,ZSIMPWIN software,and scanning electron microscopy( SEM) are used in this study. The results show that the stability of passive films formed on the 13 Cr stainless steel surface decreases with increasing temperature under a high temperature and high CO2 partial pressure environment. This leads to increases in the corrosion rate and pitting susceptibility.
