环境不确定性是影响制造企业供应链协调与绩效之间关系的重要因素之一，在不同的环境不确定性维度下，制造企业供应链协调与绩效之间的关系呈现不同的特征。通过对于环境不确定性、供应链协调与绩效之间关系的理论分析，建立了理论模型。通过运用多元层次回归进行实证分析，结果显示：（1）制造企业供应商协调对于所有绩效均有显著的正向影响，客户协调对于成本、交付和创新绩效具有显著的正向影响；（2）不同环境不确定性维度对于制造企业供应链协调与绩效之间关系有不同的调节作用。
英文摘要：
Environmental uncertainty is one of the most important factors that influence the relationship between supply chain coordination and performance. Under different contexts of environmental uncertainty, there are different relationships between supply chain coordination and performance. Through analyzing the relationship between environmental uncertainty, supply chain coordination and performance, this paper proposes the theoretical model, and then makes an empirical analysis. The results are： （1）supplier coordination has significantly positive effect on all performance and customer coordination has significantly positive effect on cost, delivery and innovation performance; （2）environmental uncertainty has partly moderation effect on relationship between supply chain coordination and performance.
