对近20年来我国茶学博士学位百余篇论文进行系统梳理、统计、归纳分析,得出如下结论：茶学博士研究生的研究内容主要集中在茶叶生物技术、茶树种质资源与遗传育种、茶叶生物化学、茶叶深加工与生物活性研究、茶树生理生态与病虫害、茶叶经济贸易与文化6大板块.研究主题和内容愈加深入和丰富,具有茶叶研究的内涵和特殊性,但与其他园艺作物相比存在一定差距.同时对茶学博士论文的研究方向进行了展望,以期为茶学研究提供方向.

英文摘要：

A survey of more than 100 papers of tea science doctoral dissertation.during 2000 to 2015is reported.Based on the date collection about the graduation thesis.Results show that the rationality of the filed in the past 20 years has been confirmed,research contents are carried out mainly focused on the tea biotechnology,tea biochemistry,tea germplasm resources and genetic breeding,tea comprehensive processing and biological activity,tea plant diseases insect pests and physiological ecological,tea economic trade and tea culture.Compared with horticulture crops still existed some questions,and some solutions and outlooks were put forward.This study will be resulted in the further development of the tea science.
