Provincial middle-long time science and technology development planning have been formulated and issued. By comparing and analysis, we can find the problems such as R＆D intensity objectives are too high to achieve and tend convergence, focal point develop domain or technology are similar. Strengthen inspecting about technology work may be a double-blades sword. Local governments should think highly of the actual situation of locality, and raise practicable measures to guarantee the planning＇ rationally and effect.
