开发区是改革开放过程中极具中国特色的产物。发展至今,开发区为中国经济发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献,被誉为中国经济发展的＂引擎＂。开发区为何成立,因何顺利发展,又缘何需要转型,转向何处是在贡献之外更应该重视和思考的。开发区每一步发展背后的内在逻辑是探究的重点。通过对现有文献的总结,从经济学的角度对开发区形成、发展和转型的内在逻辑进行分析,以探究开发区的运行规律,为今后的研究提供一个较为系统的理论支持。

英文摘要：

The development zones are the outcome with Chinese characteristics in the process of China＇s reform and opening up. They have contributed to the development of China＇s economy to a large extent and been praised as the engine of China＇s economy. The reasons of the establishment, development and transformation of the development zones should be paid more attention and thinking. The internal logic implied in the steps of the development of the zones is the focus of this paper. In this paper, we analysis the internal logic of the establishment, development and transformation of the development zone in the perspective of economics by summarizing the existing literature in order to provide a systematic theoretical support for further research.
