目的对葫芦科栝楼属植物栝楼果实瓜蒌体积分数为90%的乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部分进行化学成分研究。方法利用硅胶、反相中低压、凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱色谱以及制备型高效液相色谱等手段进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质和各种波谱数据对这些化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从瓜蒌的正丁醇萃取部位分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为2,5-二羟甲基呋喃(furan-2,5-diyldim—ethanol,1)、柯伊利素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(chrysoerid-7-O-β-D—glucoside,2)、苹果酸丁二酯(dibutyl-2-hydroxysuccinate,3)、(2,2'-Bioxazolidine)-3,3’-diethanol(4)。结论这4个化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到,其中化合物4是新天然产物。
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of the butanol extract part of the fruit of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. ethanol extract. Methods The chemical constituents of T kirilowii Maxim. were studied by multiple chromatographical techniques ( such as silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, prepretion HPLC, and etc. ) and these compounds were identified by analysis of the spectral data and chemical properties. Results On the basis of physio-chemical evidence and spectral analysis, the structures of the 4 compounds were identified as follows: furan-2,5-diyldimethanol ( 1 ), chrysoerid-7-O-fl-D-glucoside ( 2 ), dibutyl 2-hydroxysuccinate ( 3 ), 12,2 '-Bioxazolidine ] -3,3 '-diethanol ( 4 ). Conclusions All the mentioned compounds are isolated from this genus for the first time, and compound 4 is isolated from natural products for the first time.
