以HQ3620型旋转式电子多臂机选综机构为研究对象,运用Pro/E曲线功能导入初测凸轮轮廓线上点坐标绘制选综共轭凸轮并进行运动学仿真.提出采用5次多项式运动规律作为从动件运动规律,进行设计反求.基于Pro/E的图形特征、可变截面扫描等功能反求选综共轭凸轮,新的设计明显改善了从动件运动学特性,从动件角速度降低了3.95%,角加速度降低了66.94%,HQ3620样机的成功试运转也验证了选综凸轮机构反求的合理性.
With heald selecting mechanism of HQ3620 rotary electronic dobby as research object, this paper uses point coordinates on preliminarily measured cam contour to draw heald selecting conjugate cam with Pro/E curve function and conducts kinematic simulation, proposes to conduct design reverse engineering with quintic polynomial motion law as the motion law of driven member and conducts reverse engineering of heald selecting conjugate cam based on graphical features of Pro/E and variable section sweep etc. The new design obviously improves the kinematic feature of driven member. The angular speed of driven member decreases by 3.95% and angular acceleration decreases by 66.94%. The successful test run of HQ3620 model machine verifies the rationality of reversing engineering of heald selecting cam mechanism.
