针对目前核心业务测度无依可循的问题，提出运用专利汁量法，分别从专利和销售收入两个指标对企业的业务进行评价假设．以国内外公司近五年的专利和销售收入数据为样本对企业业务实证检验，证明了这种方法的客观性和有效性．

英文摘要：

According to the measurement of core business uncertainty, it puts forward a real option approach is put forward to measure core business from patent data and sale data based on patent metrical method, and researches enterprises business by classified analysis theory in order to demonstrate the objectiveness and effectiveness of real option method.
