PID参数自整定是现代自动化仪表具有的一个重要功能。利用虚拟仪器卓越的分析功能和强大的数据采集处理及运算功能,配合其工程开发平台LabVIEW,设计了基于继电反馈PID参数自整定控制器。通过仿真及实时控制实验,证实了该算法可利用虚拟仪器技术实现的可行性及其抗干扰能力的有效性,控制效果令人满意,对自动化研究者具有较大的科学方法理论验证及工程实用价值。
Self-tuning of PID parameters is an important function in modern automation instrumentation. By adopting excellent analytic capability and powerful data acquisition and processing functions of virtual instrument, and combining with project development platform LabVIEW, the serf-tuning PID controller based on relay feedback has been designed. Through simulation and experiment of real-time control, the feasibility and anti-interference capability of the algorithm using virtual instrument technology are proved. The design offers satisfactory control effects ; and is worth to be consulted for researchers of automation area on verifying science theory and applying in engineering projects.
