Hang Xiaobin received his B.Sc. and Master degree in Physics from Wuhan University, China in 1993 and 1997. He received his Ph.D. degree in Electromagnetic Field and Microwave from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China in 2000. He worked in Lucent Technologies as an optical R＆D staff （China） and Fiberhome Technologies as a RF manager. In 2004, he worked in McMaster University in Canada as a postdoctoral fel- low. His research was focused on the photoelectronic integration and passive optical network. He is now working in Beijing University of Posts ＆ Telecommunications.
