目的:研究白细胞介素-17(IL-17)对体外大鼠心脏致室性心律失常的作用,初步探讨其导致室性心律失常的机制。方法:采用大鼠体外心脏灌流模型观察IL-17对心脏室性心律失常的作用。结果:不同浓度的IL-17灌流能引起体外心脏室性心律失常,且室性心律失常发生次数随着IL-17浓度的增加而增多(P〈0.05);经IL-17抗体处理后同等浓度的IL-17引起的室性心律失常较前明显减少(P〈0.05),经程序电刺激快速室性心律失常的诱发率在IL-17抗体组也明显降低(P〈0.05)。结论:IL-17能够引起体外心脏室性心律失常。
Objective:To study the effects of interleukin-17(IL-17) on ventricular arrhythmias in vitro rat heart and the mechanism of ventricular arrhythmias. Method:The isolated rat hearts were perfused with Krebs-Henseleit(K-H) solution via aorta at 37℃.Different concentrations of IL-17 were added to observe the arrhythmia. Result:Different concentrations of IL-17 could cause ventricular arrhythmias.The frequency of ventricular arrhythmias was interrelated with the concentrations of IL-17(P〈0.05).Using IL-17 antibody treatment,ventricular arrhythmias by the same concentration of IL-17 was significantly reduced compared with the previous(P〈0.05).The evoked rates of ventricular arrhythmias decreased(P〈0.05) too. Conclusion:IL-17 in vitro can lead to ventricular arrhythmias.
