英文摘要：
The interconnection between global petroleum markets and financial markets the leads to the outstanding financial characteristic of petroleum. Based on the subject definitions of energy eco nomics, finance and resource science, this thesis discussed the academic definitions and theoretical framework of Petrofinace. The paper also described the research institutions, research projects and research trends, hope to give a guide for the scholars of petrofinance.
