磁力计算是永磁轴承参数设计的重要环节,磁力解析模型可以通过等效磁荷法来建立,但等效磁荷法的解析模型中存在四重积分,传统方法在计算四重积分时周期长,甚至不能获得解析解。文中通过蒙特卡洛法来近似求解四重积分,简化了磁力求解过程。通过与有限元数值解法的比较表明,该方法的计算误差在5%以内,满足工程应用的需要。
The calculation of magnetic force is important part in the design of parameters for permanent magnetic bear- ings. The magnetic force analytical model can be built through equivalent magnetic charge method, but quadruple integral is existed in analytical model of equivalent magnetic charge method. The calculation circle of quadruple integral is long by using traditional method, even the analytical solution can't be obtained. The Monte Carlo method is used to approximately solve quadruple integral, which simplifies the solution procedure about magnetic force. By comparing with the finite ele- ment numerical method, the calculation error of the method is within 5 %, which satisfies the need of engineering applica- tion.
