通过对额济纳荒漠区3个不同红砂样地的土壤水分量、土壤盐分含量及红砂叶片ABA含量的测定,分析红砂叶片ABA含量对土壤含水量、含盐量的响应以及红砂叶片ABA含量与土壤水分、盐分含量的相关关系。结果表明:3个不同红砂样地土壤含水量介于0.22%~3.30%之间,平均含水量为1.70%;土壤含盐量最低值为2.45 g/kg,土壤最高含盐量为6.96 g/kg,含盐量均值为4.28 g/kg;红砂叶片ABA含量在33.7~88.1 ng/g范围内,叶片ABA平均含量为61.05 ng/g。在土壤含盐量均值为4.35 g/kg、土壤平均含水量最高为2.58%的样地中,红砂叶片ABA平均含量为68.5 ng/g。但在土壤含水量均值最低为0.86%、含盐量均值最高为4.79 g/kg的样地中,ABA含量却仅为64.5 ng/g,说明在不同样地中红砂叶片ABA对双重逆境胁迫产生的积累程度表现不同。通过对红砂ABA含量与土壤盐分、水分含量的相关关系分析表明,ABA含量与土壤含水量呈显著负相关,相关系数为R=-0.621(p〈0.05);与土壤含盐量呈显著正相关,相关系数为R=0.786(p〈0.05)。
Through measuring the soil moisture content,soil salt content and leaf ABA content of Reaumuria songarica in three different plots in Ejina desert,the response of leaf ABA content to the soil moisture content and soil salt content and the relationship between leaf ABA content and soil moisture and salt content have been analyzed. The results show that the soil moisture content in three different sample plots of Reaumuria songarica changed from0. 22% to 3. 30%,with an average soil moisture of 1. 70%. The soil salt content changed from 2. 45 g / kg to 6. 96 g / kg,with an average soil salt content of 4. 28 g / kg. The leaf ABA content changed in a range from 33. 7 ng / g to88. 1 ng / g,with an average content of 61. 05 ng / g. In the sample plot with an average soil salt content of 4. 35 g /kg and the maximum average soil salt content of 2. 58%,the average leaf ABA content of Reaumuria songarica was68. 5 ng / g. In the sample plot with the minimum soil moisture content of 0. 86% and the maximum soil salt content of 4. 79 g / kg,the average leaf ABA content of Reaumuria songarica was 64. 5 ng / g. It's shown that in different sample plots,the accumulating degrees of leaf ABA content of Reaumuria songarica were different to double adversity stress. The ABA content had a significant negative correlation with soil moisture content,R =-0. 621( p 〈0. 05),while it had a significant positive correlation with soil salt content,R = 0. 786( p〈 0. 05).
