Laponite and PCC can be combined to emulsify AKD, adding sodium pyrophosphate on the emulsion and investigate the performance. The result show the combination can improve the sizing performance. The emulsion stabilized by 20% PCC （based on laponite） and show high sizing efficient performance. When the amount of sodium pyrophosphate is less than 0.2%, the emulsion has small and well-distribution emulsion droplet, and show high sizing efficient performance.
