基于检漏探头中检测线圈的远场感应电流,对金属管道破损情况的物理变化规律设计了一款金属水管检漏探头.检漏探头由激励线圈、检测线圈和导磁铁棒组成,其物理工作原理是:金属管道的破损漏点位置会使通过这里的检漏探头中的激励线圈与检测线圈之间的远场磁场耦合能量增强,从而导致检漏探头中检测线圈的感应电流突变增大.使用研制的检漏探头对通水的待测金属水管进行了无损的动态实时测量.结果表明,该研制的检漏探头能准确测量出水管的漏点位置,且测量位置的相对不确定度误差范围小于1.3%.
A detector is designed for detecting the defect position of the metallic pipeline based on the physical relationship between the far-field induced current amplitude of the testing coil in the detector and the metallic pipeline's defect characteristics.The detector is composed of exciting coil,testing coil and magnetic iron rod.Its working principle of the detector is that the defect of the metallic pipeline will enhance the far-field magnetic field energy coupling between the exciting coil and testing one of the detector when the detector passing through the defect position,which leads to the increase of induced current in the testing coil,and further leads to the increase of induced current in the testing coil.Experimental results show that the designed detector can measure accurately the defect position of the metallic pipeline under the nondestructive condition.Moreover,the relative error is less than 1.3%.
