针对受邻井套管磁干扰影响传统随钻测斜仪无法提供有效数据的问题,为实时准确测量两井之间角度关系,提出一种基于旋转磁场的井问扫描角测量方法。该方法利用旋转磁场的方向特性,结合希尔伯特变换和角度扫描极值查找法实现井间扫描角的实时测量。地面试验结果表明:套管内测量误差不超过2°,该方法基本不受套管磁干扰影响,能够满足平行水平井定向钻井需求。
As traditional measurement while drilling (MWD) tools can not provide effective value of the parameter for the existence of magnetic pipes nearby. In order to have real-time and precise measurement of the angle between wells, a direct survey method is proposed based on rotating magnetic signals. Taking use of the directional characteristics of rotating magnetic field, the scanning angle is computed by combining Hilbert transform and maximum value seeking method. The ground test result shows that the survey error is no more than 2° inside the easing pipes, this method can meet the requirement of parallel wells drilling.
