纤维素纳米微纤具有优异的纳米尺寸效应和良好的生物降解性,是一种新型功能性高分子材料。对近年来以植物纤维为原料的纤维素纳米微纤的机械制备方法进行综述,重点关注植物纤维原料种类、机械处理方法及预处理手段对能耗的影响,就目前存在的问题对其工业化生产及应用进行了展望。
Microfibrillated cellulose is a new kind of functional polymer with excellent nano-size effect and biodegradability. The mechanical production methods of microfibrillated cellulose made from plant fiber are reviewed. The paper focuses on the impacts of raw materials, mechanical treatment and pretreatmenton the energy consumption. The existing problemsinits industrializationand application are prospected.
