圆钢管再生混凝土轴压短柱研究

为了研究圆钢管再生混凝土柱的轴压性能,设计了6根轴压短柱试件,对其进行了轴压试验研究并用有限元软件ABAQUS对其进行了数值模拟。试件的主要变化参数为骨料类型(天然骨料、重钛矿渣再生粗骨料取代率50%、普通再生粗骨料取代率50%)和圆钢管尺寸。结果表明:圆钢管混凝土柱和圆钢管再生混凝土柱具有相似的名义应力-应变关系、刚度退化规律、损伤积累规律、耗能能力、横向变形系数变化规律、荷载-位移关系、荷载-应变关系,再生骨料的类型对圆钢管再生混凝土柱上述性质影响不大。对于约束效应系数ξ较大的试件,由于钢材对核心混凝土或核心再生混凝土的约束作用较强,所以其峰值应力及其对应的应变较大,延性较好,初始刚度较小,耗能能力较强。当试件的荷载超过其极限荷载的80%之后,圆钢管与核心再生混凝土之间产生了明显的相互作用,再生混凝土在圆钢管的约束下处于三轴受压状态,大大提高了再生混凝土的峰值应力及其对应的应变,较好地改善了再生混凝土强度低,延性差等缺点。有限元计算可以较好地模拟圆钢管混凝土柱和圆钢管再生混凝土柱的荷载-变形全过程,计算结果与实测结果吻合较好。将承载力计算式运用于圆钢管混凝土柱和圆钢管再生混凝土柱时,比有限元法的计算结果偏于安全。圆钢管再生混凝土柱的轴压承载能力略低于普通圆钢管混凝土柱。

In order to study circle recycled aggregate concrete-filled steel tube column,6 short columns were tested under axial com-pression load and numerical simulated by finite element software ABAQUS.The major changes in parameters of specimens are the types of aggregate(including natural aggregate,high titanium slag recycled aggregate replacement rate 50%,normal recycled aggregate replacement rate 50%)and the sizes of steel tubes.The results show that the circle recycled aggregate concrete-filled steel tube short column’s notional stress-strain curve,rule of stiffness degeneration,rule of damage accumulation,ability of energy consumption,variation of lateral deforma-tion coefficient,axial load-displacement curve and axial load-strain curve are similar to normal concrete-filled steel tube short column.The changes of the type of recycled coarse aggregate have little effect on the properties mentioned above.The higher confining factor ξ,the higher peak stress,better ductility,smaller initial stiffness and stronger ability of energy consumption,which is because of stronger con-straint of steel tube to concrete and recycled aggregate concrete.When the load reaches 80%of the ultimate load ,there are apparent interac-tions between steel tube and recycled aggregate concrete. Recycled aggregate concrete which is in triaxial compression state thanks to the constraint of steel tube improve its strength,ductility,peak stress and corresponding strain.Finite element method can simulate the load-de-formation relationship of circle concrete-filled steel tube column and circle recycled aggregate concrete-filled steel tube column well and the results are in good agreement with the experimental results.When the formula is used to calculate the bearing capacity of circle con-crete-filled steel tube column and circle recycled aggregate concrete-filled steel tube column,it is safer comparing to the result calculated by finite element method.The bearing capacity of circle recycled aggregate concrete-filled steel tube column is lower
