教学团队的建立是提高高等学校教师素质、教学能力以及教学质量的有效途径,在高校的教学、师资队伍建设和人才培养等方面都发挥了重要的作用。实践中,我校世界史教研室于2010年被遴选为国家级教学团队。本文拟就教学团队与教研室之间的关系、教学团队与教研室建设的实践与心得做一初步研究,以其为高校教学团队和教研室建设提供一定的借鉴。

Teaching team building is to improve the teachers＇ quality,ability and teaching quality the effective way in Colleges and universities have played an important role in college teaching,teacher team construction and personnel training and other aspects.In practice,our World History Teaching Research Section was selected for the national team in 2010.This paper discusses the relationship between teaching team and teaching research section teaching,teaching and practice of the construction of experience to do a preliminary study,the college teaching team and the construction of teaching and research section to provide a reference.
