煤炭在地下气化过程中生成可燃气体,存在着许多安全隐患。分析了密闭空间混合气体的爆炸极限计算公式,研究了最大允许氧含量和惰性气体对可燃气体爆炸的影响,结果表明,为了防止气化煤气发生爆炸,可以通过控制气化剂的进量或加入惰性气体,使可燃气体在爆炸极限范围以外,为煤炭地下气化的现场安全和可行性提供了依据。
There are many safety hidden troubles because of combustible gas formation in underground coal gasification. This paper an- alyzed calculation formula of explosion limit of compound gases in confined space and researched influence of maximum permissible oxygen content and inert gas on combustible gas explosion. Results showed that making combustible gas was beyond explosion limit by controlling input quantity of vaporized chemical or adding inert gas might prevent gasified coal gas from exploding, which provided a basis for safety and feasibility of underground coal gasification.
