为了研究亚硝酸钠对小鼠免疫功能的影响,试验采用分别给小鼠灌服不同剂量(12.5 mg/g、25 mg/g和50 mg/g)亚硝酸钠的方法,对小鼠免疫器官相对重量、细胞免疫系统中白细胞、淋巴细胞和酸性α-乙酸萘酚酯酶(ANAE)染色阳性T淋巴细胞数量以及体液免疫中血清溶血素含量等指标进行研究。结果表明:与对照组相比,灌服亚硝酸钠组小鼠的免疫器官相对重量、白细胞和淋巴细胞数量、ANAE染色阳性T淋巴细胞数量及血清中溶血素含量降低,且灌服亚硝酸钠的剂量越高,差异越显著。说明亚硝酸钠对小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能有不同程度的抑制作用。
Toinvestigatethe effect of sodium nitrite on immunefunetionin mice, this experiment was conducted by oral administration of sodium ni- triteto mice in three groups with the dose of 12.5,25 and 50 mg/g respectively, This experiment contained several aspects to evaluate the effect, including the relative weight of immune organs, the amounts of leukoeytes, lymphocytes and ANAE positive T ceils in cellular immunity, and the content of serum hemolysin in humoral immunity. The results showed that compared with the control group,sodium nitrite reduced the relative weight of immune organs, the amounts of leukocyte,lymphocyte, ANAE positive T cells and the content ofserum hemolysin. And the higher the dose given, the more significant difference. The results suggested that sodium nitrite could play a role in the inhibition in different degreeoneellu- lar and humoral immunityof mice.
