英文摘要：

Intestinal mucosal immune system abnormality is main cause of ulcerative colitis（UC）. Treg/Th17 immune axis balance may play a key role in maintaining intestinal immune homeostasis. In this article, we will summarize recent researches about Treg/Th17 immune axis in UC and the cellular and transcriptional factors which could affect Treg and Th17. Meanwhile, as an important detect method, flow cytometry has been widely used in evaluating Treg/Th17 immune axis balance, therefore, we also review the latest progress of flow cytometry in the detection of Treg/Th17, such as the ratio of Treg/Th17 immune axis in different experiments and the main dyes and agents used in the detection.
