测定了T8钢微波扩散渗硼层的厚度δ与渗硼温度及时间的关系,求出了微波渗硼的扩散激活能Q、扩散常数D0和扩散系数D。与常规渗硼相比,微波渗硼的扩散激活能和常规条件下的基本在同一数量级,但扩散常数D0有很大提高,从而有效提高了微波场下渗硼的扩散系数D。利用MATLAB偏微分方程PDE工具箱,计算出微波渗硼过程中的硼的浓度分布和渗层厚度。与实测数据对比,计算出的渗层厚度与实测数据非常吻合,相对误差〈4.05%。
The diffusion factors such as diffusion activation energy,diffusion constant and diffusion coefficient were obtained by measuring the thickness of boriding layers of T8 steel in different temperatures and times under microwave field. Comparing with conventional boriding, the activation energy of microwave boriding was in the same order, but the diffusion constant of microwave boriding increases a lot, so microwave boriding increases the diffusion coefficient efficiently. The boron distribution in the layer and thickness of layer are calculated by MATLAB partial differential equation (PDE)toolbox,the calculated values are identical with measure ones, with the relative error less than 4. 05%.
