点样微喷头是非接触法点样的关键部件。在对自行研制的压电陶瓷微喷头进行理论分析的基础上,得到了驱动压电陶瓷微喷头的具体条件,并利用单片机和波形发生芯片制成了数控驱动系统。利用这种驱动系统可以对微喷头实现完全数字控制并进行了喷射实验,得到单个液滴的体积约为0.11 nL的结果。还讨论了驱动电压以及脉冲宽度对于液滴体积和初速度的影响。
Micro-jet is the most important apparatus in noncontact arraying.This paper made theoretic analysis of the piezoelectric micro-jet developed in the institute and defined the driving conditions of the micro-jet.It also developed a system with microprocessor and wave-generator.Several experiments were carried out using this system.The conclusion presents that one drop is approximately 0.11 nano-liter.It also discussed the effect of driving voltage and impulse width to the drop volum and the initial velocity.
