以2-氯丙酸和对甲氧基苯酚为原料,在氢氧化钠和还原剂存在下,经Williamson反应合成2-(4-甲氧基苯氧基)丙酸。考察了中和温度、还原剂、反应物的摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间诸因素对实验结果的影响。结果表明,较佳的实验条件为:中和温度0℃;还原剂w(连二亚硫酸钠)为1%;n(2-氯丙酸钠)∶n(对甲氧基苯酚钠)为1.6;反应温度135℃;反应时间4h。在此条件下,可得白色晶体状产物,纯度达99%以上,收率85%以上。
2-(4-Methoxyphenoxy)propionic acid was synthesized by Williamson reaction with 2-chloro propionic acid and 4-methoxyphenol as materials in the presence of sodium hydroxide and reductant.The influences of neutralization temperature,reductant,molar ratio of reactants,reaction temperature and time on the experiment results were investigated.The best reaction conditions were as follows:neutralization temperature of 0 ℃,1% of sodium hyposulfite as reductants,n(sodium 2-chloropropionate)∶n(sodium 4-methoxyphenolate)=1.6,reaction temperature of 135 ℃ and reaction time of 4h.Under these conditions,the products were obtained as white crystalline with yields above 85%and purity above 99%.
