对小鼠补充不同剂量多管藻提取物(PUE),采用标准化方法制备PUE,以FD法测定总酚含量,以体内实验进行提取物的抗氧化活性评价,采用单细胞凝胶电泳法测定淋巴细胞的DNA损伤,以试剂盒测定血浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明,PUE中的总酚含量为68.54%,其LD_(50)>3160 mg/kg,属于低毒,说明PUE可能会有食用安全问题。PUE中剂量组的血淋巴细胞DNA损伤与高剂量组和空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。PUE各剂量组小鼠血中MDA的含量与空白对照组比较均降低,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。PUE有一定的抗脂质过氧化作用。
The total content of bromophenols in red alga Polysiphonia urceolata extract (PUE) was detected by FD method. The antioxidant effects of PUE were detected on mice.The oxidative DNA damage of peripheral lymphocytes induced by H_2O_2 was analyzed by SCGE.The concentrations of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malonyldialehyde(MDA) in plasma were detected with test kit.The results showed that the concentration of total phenols in the PUE is proved to be 68.54 % and the PUE shows low toxicity with its LD_(50) more...
