针对电力市场中出现的纵向一体化趋势,分析了市场局部纵向一体化对于市场力的影响.应用Cournot模型模拟电力批发市场,推导了电网公司与某一发电公司纵向一体化前后的均衡结果,运用Lemer指标比较了一体化公司策略报价前后电价及市场力的变化情况.算例结果表明,局部纵向一体化后,一体化公司可利用其市场力通过增大发电量及电网转运电量增加近30%的利润,这同时可将出清电价由199.57元/(MW·h)降低到195.44元/(MW·h).为了防止一体化公司的高度垄断,应限制一体化公司的发电容量份额占总发电容量的比例.
Impacts of partial vertical integration on market power were analyzed considering the growing tendency of vertical integration in electricity market. Cournot model was used to simulate wholesale electricity market,and equilibrium results were derived after vertical integration between a grid company and a generation company. Effects of strategic bidding of integrative company on market clearing price (MCP) and market power were compared with Lerner index. Numerical results show that the integrative company can execute market power to increase generation and total wheeling ,which makes the profit of integrative company increase nearly 30 percent and the MCP decrease from 199.57 yuan/(MW · h) to 195.44 yuan/(MW· h). The proportion of generation capacity of integrative company in total capacity should be restricted to avoid high monopoly.
