设计了一种浅层挡板非聚光型反应器,该反应器结构简单、水力条件好,传质能力强,水力负荷大.当倾斜角度为22°、循环流量为500L/h时,反应器中溶液体积为8.6L,经过2h反应,地表水中总有机碳(TOC)的去除率可达到87.5%.研究了有机物初始浓度、TiO2用量、光照强度、倾斜角度和循环流量对反应速率常数的影响.
Designed a non--condensing type reactor with shallow baffles, the reactor structure is simple. There are good hydraulic conditions, mass capacity, large hydraulic loading. Total organic carbon (TOC) removal of surface water can reach 87.5% as the angle of baffles was 22 degrees and circu lating flow was 500L/h, the reaction volume of the solution 8. 6L after the reaction of 2h. Further-more, the influences of reaction rate constant were studied by initial concentration of organic matters, dosage of TiO2, light intensity, tilt angle and circular flow.
