JH血液净化仪治疗肾功能衰竭的临床疗效观察

目的:观察JH血液净化仪行血液透析滤过治疗肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法:选择本院2005年7月到2006年1月确诊为急、慢性肾功能衰竭患者20例。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组10例。观察组使用JH血液净化仪治疗,对照组使用Fresenius4008S型血透机治疗,共观察血液透析滤过178例次。观察治疗前后及其过程中的临床症状、体温、血压、心率及血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)和电解质的变化。结果:治疗后观察组与对照组Cr、BUN值均显著降低(P〈0.001),两组临床症状均明显改善,组间Cr、BUN、电解质、血压、心率比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论:JH血液净化仪行血液透析滤过治疗肾功能衰竭能明显改善患者的临床症状,使生命体征平稳有效清除毒素的作用。

英文摘要:

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of JH hemodialysis equipment for hemodiafihration (HDF) in renal failure. Methods: twenty patients with confirmed diagnosis of acute or chronic renal failure registered in our hospital between July 2005 and January 2006 were randomized into the studied group (n = 10) treated with JH hemodialysis equipment, or into the control group (n = 10) treated with Fresenius 4008S hemodialysis equipment. 178 episodes of hemodialysis were completed in total. The changes in clinical symptoms, body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, clearances of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (Scr) , and electrolytes before, during and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: the clearances of BUN and Scr were significantly improved with both JH hemodialysis equipment and Fresenius4008S equipment (P 〈0.001 ). There were no significant differences in the clearances of BUN and Scr, electrolytes and the changes of blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: HDF by JH hemodialysis equipment showed benefits in significant improvement of the clinical symptoms and effective clearance of toxins with no influence on vital signs
