随着技术经济现实问题的日趋复杂,基于数学规划方法和市场均衡理论的一系列系统分析模型在实际应用中得以演化与完善。通过对技术经济研究领域中农户模型、生态经济模型、可计算一般均衡模型以及局部均衡模型等典型系统分析模型特点及应用的述评,揭示出技术经济研究从重视经济效益评价转向经济、生态与社会效益的整体评价,不同模型可以相互衔接与综合应用,并根据时空环境变化而不断完善,在技术经济学研究中已展现出重要的研究价值和应用潜力。
With the increasing complexity of actual technical and economic problems, a series of systematic analysis models based on the mathematical programming and market equilibrium theory evolve and improve in their practical applications. Through the review on the characteristics and applications of typical systematic analysis models such as agricultural household model, ecological economic model, computable general equilibrium model and partial equilibrium model in the techno - economic field, we reveal that the techno - economic research transfers from focusing on economic benefit evaluation to overall evaluation on economic, ecological, and social benefits. Different models can be linked with each other, utilized comprehensively and improved continuously with the time and spatial variation, which shows the important research value and potential applications in the techno- economic research.
