逆境胁迫可使植物活性氧代谢失衡,导致活性氧过度积累,从而对植物造成氧化伤害。而外源调控可以缓解这种逆境伤害。从逆境胁迫及外源调控对植物活性氧代谢机制的影响角度,总结了近年来国内外关于逆境胁迫及外源调控对植物活性氧自由基代谢、细胞膜脂过氧化程度、抗氧化酶活性影响的研究进展。在此基础上指出未来全球变化背景下植物活性氧代谢研究应在分子水平上进一步深入,同时应加强关于CO2、O3等温室气体浓度升高对植物活性氧代谢影响的研究。
Abiotic stresses can cause metabolism unbalance and excessive accumulation of plant reactive oxygen species,which can induce plant oxidative damage. Moreover, exogenous regulating may alleviate these adversity damages. New advances were summarized on the effects of adversity stress and exogenous regulation on plant reactive oxygen species radical metabolism, extent of cell lipid peroxidation, antioxidative enzymes activities in the paper. Researches at molecule level should be emphasized in the future on plant reactive oxygen species metabolism under the background of global climatic change. In addition,studies on effects of greenhouse gases such as CO2 and O3 on reactive oxygen species metabolism should be enhanced.
