潜明混凝土重力坝建设中面临因温度应力过大导致开裂的问题.必须全面掌握其施工与运行过程中温 度场与应力场的变化规律,才能有针对性地提出防范措施.考虑到不同位置坝体开工时间不同步,基于有限元 法对该坝挡水坝段进行了各月份开工的施工仿真.研究发现,不同开工时间对坝体最高温度与最大应力有重要 影响.施工经历高温月份的情况下,坝体最高温度普遍较高,最大拉应力也较大.除 1 2月开工的情况,一般都 需采取一定的材料强化措施或温控措施,以应对坝基及孔口周边C15混凝土区拉应力超出材料抗拉强度的问题.
Attentions must be paid to cracks on concrete gravity dam caused by high thermal stress during construction. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the changing rules of the temperature field and stress field during the processes of construction and operation so as to give preventive measures. The constructions of a retaining dam section in every month are simulated based on finite element method because of the nonsynchronous progresses of different dam sections. The results indicate high maximum temperature and tensile stress of dam section constructed in hot months. Except for the construction in December, material reinforcement measures or temperature control measures must be taken to deal with the high tensile stress in C15 concrete area of dam foundation and surrounding the hole.
