城市污水处理厂产生的二沉池污泥含水率约为99%,并且常含有寄生虫卵、细菌、有机污染物等,具有较大的污染性。如何高效、经济对污泥进行绿色化脱水,减小污泥产量已经成为环境固废技术领域的一大难题。文章从化学调理、物化作用、生物捕食技术等方面阐述了当前污泥减量化技术的发展现状,介绍了各种工艺的基本原理、处理效果以及存在的问题,并指出了污泥减量化的潜在发展方向和研究热点,为实现活性污泥无害化、绿色处理奠定理论基础。
The sludge of the second pond in the urban sewage treatment plant contained much water of 99%,parasitic ovum,bacteria and organic pollutants,posing the great risk to the environment. How to efficiently dewater from the sludge,and reduce the sludge production has become a problem in the field of solid waste treatments. The current development of sludge reduction technologies including the chemical conditioner, physicochemical treatments and biological predation technologies was described in detail. The mechanisms of various processes,the treatment efficiencies and the disadvantages were discussed. The future development directions of sludge reduction technologies were put forward. All these were done aiming at establishing the theoretical foundation for the reduction of activated sludge with harmless and green technologies.
