Based on the project management in Sutong bridge which has created four world＇ s first, we integrate the meta-synthesis methodology into the engineering management and put forward the concept of the meta-synthesis management for the large-complex engineering management. Its principle and paradigms are explored and the application in Sutong bridge project is introduced.
