人口的发展加重了资源环境的压力,资源环境对人口的发展又构成了约束作用。如何有效度量人口与资源环境的协调程度显得颇为必要。通过构建指标体系,采用改进的TOPSIS方法对1997-2007年陕西省的人口与资源环境协调程度进行了分析,结果表明:1)人口综合发展水平持续升高,由0.1159上升到0.4044。2)资源环境承载能力波动上升。由1997年的0.1639增大到2000年的0.1945,之后稍有降低,又继续增大到2007年的0.3169。3)1997-2007年陕西省人口与资源环境协调发展度经历了失调类人口滞后型、失调类资源环境滞后型、过渡类资源环境滞后型三个阶段。
The development of population had been caused the increasing pressure on natural resources and environment,while natural resources and environment restrict the development of population.To measure the degree of coordination between population and resource-environment effectively seems to be quite necessary.By building the index system,we analyzed the degree of coordination between population and resource-environment of Shaanxi Province from 1997 to 2007 by the improved TOPSIS method,and the conclusion is as follow: ①The comprehensive level of the population continued to rise,its index rose from 0.1159 to 0.4044.②The bearing ability of resource-environment system was increasing with fluctuation.The resource-environment index was up from 0.1639 in 1997 to 0.1945 in 2000,down a little later,continued to up to 0.3169 in 2007.③The degree of coordination between population and resource-environment of Shaanxi gradually experienced the maladjustment stage of population lagging.The maladjustment stage of resource-environment lagging and the transition stage of resource-environment lagging from 1997 to 2007.
