在人机系统工效学设计与分析中,虚拟人表达一直是比较关注的内容。分析了人体操作疲劳评价的主要方法,以最常见的人体上肢拉肿操作作为研究对象,选用35名受试者进行拉川申疲劳试验。通过结果分析,建立了基于作业时间判断的虚拟人上肢操作时的疲劳状态评判模型,该模型可以为虚拟人完成拉“申操作时的疲劳评价提供定量的分析方法。
Virtual Human model is very important for the ergonomic digital design and evaluation of man-machine system. After the key items of human fatigue modeling methods were analyzed, the general human pulling/stretching was studied. Based on the experimental data with 35 subjects participating on it, the upper limb fatigue model of virtual human was constructed for study. This model is of importance to virtual human pulling/stretching fatigue evaluation.
