目的探讨耳穴贴压治疗配合薯蓣丸在维持性血液透析不安腿综合征患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法将50例具有不安腿综合征血液透析患者遵循随机分组的原则,血透患者不安腿综合征（符合国际RLS诊断标准）分为治疗组25例、对照组25例。对照组采用西医治疗、治疗组在对照组的基础上给予耳穴贴压及薯蓣丸中药治疗,疗程3个月,评价治疗前后的症状改善情况,观察药物不良反应,并检查肝、肾功能及电解质。结果二组疗效比较治疗组,痊愈率48%,总有效率100%;对照组,痊愈率26%,总有效率74%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。二组用药后患者肝肾功能、电解质未见改变,无明显不良反应。二组总有效率经χ^2检验差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论耳穴贴压配合薯蓣丸能较好缓解在维持性血液透析患者不安腿综合征所导致的不适症状,安全有效,疗效确切,无不良反应。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of auricular acupuncture with dioscorea pill to maintenance hemodialysis patients with restless leg syndrome.Methods Fifty patients with restless leg syndrome in hemodialysis patients follow a random grouping principle,hemodialysis patients with restless legs syndrome（in line with the international RLS diagnostic criteria）were divided into the treatment group of 25 cases,25 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with symptomatic treatment,while the treatment group received the dioscorea pill and auricular plaster therapy based on the control group.Results In treatment group,the cure rate and total effective rate were 48%and 100%,while 26%and 74% were in control group,the effect in the treatment group was better than control group（P〈0.05）.The defference of liver function and renal function,serum electrolytes,adverse reaction were no statistical significance between groups.Conclusion Auricular acupuncture with dioscorea pill in maintenance hemodialysis patients with restless leg syndrome have curative effect.
