植物病毒的侵染循环是一个病毒.寄主互作过程。内质网和细胞骨架在病毒细胞内转运中起着重要调节作用,不仅协助病毒从复制位点转运到细胞边缘胞间连丝处,还可能介导多余病毒因子的降解。针对植物细胞内质网和细胞骨架在烟草花叶病毒等植物病毒细胞内转运过程中所起的作用进行了综述。
A successful systemic infection of plant virus depends on the virus-host interactions. The endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and the cytoskeleton of plant play important roles in viral intracellular transport process which involves targeting of virus to the plasmodesmmata and inducing the degradation of redundant viral factors. This review commentates some new understanding about the functions of the ER and the cytoskeleton in viral intracellular transportation.
