介绍一种将惩罚函数、动态修正出力-流量(N-Q)关系与优化算法相结合实现水电站厂内经济运行的方法。该方法可针对短期优化调度结果(日负荷过程)制定启停计划,实现负荷的经济分配,并且考虑了机组间的效率差异、机组启停成本、气蚀振动区、机组可用性及主接线方式等约束条件。算例表明该方法不仅能解决厂内经济运行的多约束问题,而且能与电力市场下的短期优化调度很好地结合起来。该方法易于实现程序设计且计算速度快。
An introduction was given to an approach to realization of economical operation of hydropower plants, which was based on the penalty function, dynamically amended power-flow relationship and the optimal algorithm. According to the result of shortterm optimal regulation, the plan for unit start-up and shut-down could be formulated and the economical dispatching of loads could be realized by the approach with some constraints such as the efficiency difference between different units, the cost of unit start-up and shut-down, the region of cavitation and load vibration, the usability of units, and main wiring mode, taken into account. Case study shows that the approach can be used to solve the multi-constraint problems for economical operation of hydropower plants and can be well combined with the short-term optimal regulation in power market. Moreover, the approach is easily to be programmed and fast in calculation.
