高岭石是一种具有止血性能的粘土材料,其止血能力同QuickClot相当,但止血机理不同,与血液接触不会大量产热。纳米银由于表面可以释放银离子,具有抗菌性能,但纳米银容易团聚,与高岭石复合后可以防止团聚。本文用水合肼与高岭石反应,热处理后获得表面具有还原性的水合高岭石,这种水合高岭石可以直接与硝酸银溶液反应,银离子在高岭石表面被还原成纳米银,生成了纳米银/高岭石复合物,纳米银颗粒的尺寸分布在2~25nm之间,与高岭石的表面结合力较强。纳米银/高岭石复合物可能兼具止血和抗菌性能,在治疗开放性创伤方面具有潜在的应用价值。
As known, kaolinite is matchable to QuickCIot in its hemostatic capacity. However, the hemostatic mechanism is different so that the kaolinite does not release heat upon contacting blood. Nano-silver has antibacterial property because of Ag+ release out of the nanoparticles surface. In practice kaolinite needs to be introduced as stabilizer to possibly prevent silver nanoparticles from strong agglomeration. The compound of kaolinite and nano-silver would perform both hemostatic and antibacterial properties. In this study, the kaolinite was treated with hydrazine and heat treated to form the hydrated kaolinite which has reducibility. The hydrated kaolinite was used as the supporter for the nano-silver, thus the Ag+ could be directly reduced on the surface of kaolinite. The size distribution of nano-silver particles in nano-silver/kaolinite composite is 2--25 nm, and the bonding force between nano-silver and the surface of kaolinite is strong, The nano-silver/kaolinite can perform both hemostatic capacity and antibacterial property.
