分别用20%PEG6000,150 mmol·L-1NaCl,100μmol·L-1ABA对3叶期的玉米根进行胁迫处理,通过分析3种胁迫应答基因的表达情况确定胁迫的有效时间点,进一步研究玉米非编码RNAZm-1701在玉米受到干旱和盐胁迫处理时的表达情况.结果表明,玉米根在受到干旱和盐胁迫后,根中非编码RNAZm-1701的表达量都有上升的趋势,且Zm-1701对盐胁迫的反应灵敏程度高于干旱胁迫.表明该ncRNA可能参与到玉米的胁迫早期应答反应过程中.
To analyze the regulatory mechanism of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) in root growth, three simulated stress conditions with 20% PEG6000, 150 mmol - L-1 NaC1, 100 ixmol - L-1 ABA were implemented to maize root at trefoil stage. Based on the expression of three stress response genes, we chose the proper time points of drought and salt treatments, and further studied the expression profile of non-coding RNA Zm-1701. Results showed that the expressions of Zm-1701 all increased after PEG6000, NaC1 and ABA treatments. Moreover, the reaction of Zm-1701 to salt stress was more sensitive than that to drought. These findings indicated that Zm-1701 might participate in early responses in maize resistance to salt and drought stress.
