绿原酸具有较强的生物活性,如抑菌、抗氧化、抗炎、抗病毒、抑制血栓形成、保护肝脏、调节免疫、抗肿瘤等.甘薯茎叶中含有较高的绿原酸,其中9月份采摘的甘薯叶绿原酸的含量高达4.49%,目前,甘薯中绿原酸的研究报道主要集中在提取工艺和抗病虫害等方面.论述了绿原酸的生物活性和甘薯绿原酸研究进展.
Chlorogenic acid has fairly strong biological activity,such as antibacterial activity,antioxidant activity,antiinflammatory activity,antiviral effect,inhibition thrombosis,protecting the liver,immunoregulation,antitumor activity,and so on.Stems and leaves of sweetpotato contain higher chlorogenic acid,among of leaves,the content of chlorogenic acid can be up to 4.49% in September.It has been reported in extraction process,antidiabetics,disease-and insect-resistant.The research progress of biological activity of chlorogenic acid and chlorogenic acid in sweetpotato are discussed
