Sb基热电材料化合物大多数具有Zintl相化合物的特性。因此可借助“电子晶体一声子玻璃”的设计理念来设计新材料,即通过掺杂等方法影响阴离子区域,调控材料的电导,通过替代、插入等手段影响阳离子区域,调控材料的热导。总结了近年来发现的几种性能优异的Sb基热电材料,从固体化学角度回顾了相关的晶体结构,探索了提高其热电性能的途径。
Sb-based thermoelectric materials are mainly characteristic of Zintl phase. One can utilize the concept of "electron crystal-phonon glass", to design the material with specific properties where electronic conductivity in the region of "the electron crystal" can be controlled by doping alien anions. The thermal conductivity can be controlled in the structure of "phonon glass" via substituting or inserting the alien cations. Several Sb-based phases with good ther- moelectric properties are summarized in detail. The relevant complex structures are discussed on the concept of solid state chemistry, and potential approach are proposed to improve their thermoelectric performance as well.
